1 packet Sukhi's Pullao Spice Blend
10 pounds basmati rice
In a brazier, heat the butter on the medium-high. Lightly sauté Sukhi's Pullao Spice Blend until the spices release their aroma. Separately, rinse the rice until the water runs clear. In three steam pans, cover the rice completely with water. Divide the sautéed spice mix into the pans. Steam the rice for 20 minutes. Remove immediately, fluff, and serve. Yield: 30 Lbs.
