RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

1 packet of Sukhi’s Madras Spice Mix
3 cups cabbage, shredded
½ cup frozen peas
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste
METHOD:
In 1 quart saucepan, heat oil on medium high heat. Add entire contents of Sukhi’s Madras Spice Mix packet. When black mustard seeds start to pop, add cabbage and peas. Stir vegetables well until they are covered with spice mixture. Reduce heat, cover pan and cook vegetables for 5 minutes.
